Hammerhead Creations ("we," "us," or "our") operates hammerheadcreations.com, including the Your Morning Drive podcast pages (together, the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written in plain language on purpose, if anything here is unclear, reach out and we'll explain it directly.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two main ways:

Information you submit directly.The Contact form collects your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. The Your Morning Drive guest application form collects your name, email, phone number, whether you've been on a podcast before, social media or website links, a short bio, your preferred release timeframe, topics you'd like to cover or avoid, whether you'd like to invite a co-guest, and an optional link to photos of yourself.
Automatically collected information. We use Vercel Analytics to understand overall traffic to the Site, things like which pages are visited and roughly how many people are visiting. Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other websites.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your message or guest application
Schedule and produce podcast episodes, if you apply to be a guest and are selected
Understand overall traffic and improve the Site
Communicate with you about your inquiry or application

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How Forms Are Processed

Form submissions on this Site (the Contact form and the guest application form) are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree receives the information you submit and delivers it to us by email. Formspree's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Guest Applications & Podcast Consent

If you apply to be a guest on Your Morning Drive, the information you provide (including your bio, topics, and any photos you link to) is used to plan and produce your episode. If you're selected and agree to the consent statement on the application, your recorded conversation, name, likeness, and submitted photos may be published across podcast platforms, this website, and our social media and promotional materials, consistent with what that form describes at the time you submit it.

Data Retention

We keep the information submitted through our forms for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, produce your episode if you're a podcast guest, or maintain our business records. If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You can always reach out to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the Site or our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
